Former Petroleum Resources Minister Diezani Alison-Madueke is to be extradited from Britain.
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission EFCC is to approach Attorney-General of the Federation Abubakar Malami SAN this week with a request to file charges against Diezani based on its findings.
It was gathered as part of its investigation, the EFCC has traced 47.2 billion naira and 487.5million dollar to the former minister.
Besides, over 23, billion naira and 5milion dollers about 1.5billion naira have been located in various Nigerian banks.
But only about 37.5million dollars Banana Island property has been finally forfeited by the ex-minister.
Justice Chuka Obiozor of the Federal High Court in Ikoyi, Lagos, ordered the final forfeiture of the property.
